Aberdeen Property Investors, Biggleswade Retail Park

Aberdeen Property Investors Ltd were looking to sub-divide one of their units at Biggleswade Retail Park. The existing unit had been fitted out with a full mezzanine by the previous tenant who still resided in one part of the unit.

Aberdeen employed Twenty Twenty Ltd to undertake a full store separation of the unit including the segregation of the existing mezzanine floor, existing services and the construction of a new amenity block for the incumbent tenant to enable the vacant side to be marketed as a separate leasehold.

The project was undertaken over six weeks whilst allowing the existing tenant continuity of trade and under strict CDM guidelines. The project completed as programme and well within the budget agreed with the client.

“Twenty Twenty provided diligent, good quality advice that resulted in the project coming in on time and on budget.”
