   Breckman and Company, South Molton Street, LondonBreckman and Company, a London based firm of accountants had agreed with their landlord to remove asbestos containing materials within their existing offices as part of their existing rental agreement. The asbestos removal would also require that the existing office communal areas over three floors would need fully refurbishing. Breckman and Partners procured the services of Twenty Twenty Ltd to project manage the works as they required continuity of trade during the works. Twenty Twenty Ltd undertook the role of client’s project manager over a three month period to ensure that all works were carried out in strict accordance with the current regulations. A reputable asbestos company were employed to carry out the asbestos removals initially, alongside a refurbishment contractor to reinstate and complete all the affected areas. “There are so many aspects to project management; planning, preparing budgets, dealing with contractors, dealing with issues that arise, to name but a few.
