Citi Property Investors engaged Twenty Twenty to revive a dormant project where an ex Courts unit in Coventry was fully refurbished and split into three separate trading units for new tenants. Managing the professional teams, contractors and incoming tenants, we completed the full refurbishment including new services in time to allow the new tenants to take access on time and at a lower cost than had been established some years before.
